We are pleased to offer you genuine Palmer original ferrules. These are the ferrules you would find on the older original Palmer cues. They are drilled and tapped to fit the old original Palmer cues. Of course you can redrill them to any size to fit more modern cues.

We have the last of the hoard. Get them while you can.

These original Palmer ferrules are drill and tapped to fit the screw on the original Palmer cues. The thread size is 8/32" however you can drill and tap the ferrule to any size you like. You can see in the picture what the ferrule looks like after you clean them up.

These are great for restoration work and won't be around all that long so stock up while you can.

The ferrules are just over 1" in length and have a 14mm diameter. They appear yellow but will clean up almost white.

Insta-Set is a catalyst which acts as an accelerator that allows CA's to quickly cure in thick layers by enhancing the alkaline conditions during polymerization. Insta-Set in a spray bottle is normally used to cure the CA that flows from joints when parts are pressed together. Applying an additional bead of thick CA along the seam and then curing it with Insta-Set significantly enhances a joints strength. For difficult to bond materials, Insta-Set can be applied to one surface and CA to the opposite surface. When brought together, they will bond instantly. Insta-Set is formulated so that it activates the CA in 6-8 seconds without any significant degrading of the CA's strength (which can occur with many other accelerators). It is compatible with all surfaces.

Ivorine 3® tube is a linen based rolled and molded product. It is impact resistant and bonds with epoxy, cyanoacrylates and wood glue. It is very strong and easy to machine to a high luster and is impervious to chalk. Soft white to ivory in color. Sold by the foot. Incredible playing characteristics.

Cue Components Ivorite-III™ is the finest composite based ferrule material available for custom cue makers. The hit is the same regardless which way you hold your cue. Ivorite-III™ is strong, impact-resistant and bonds well with Cyanoacrylate and epoxy as well as wood glue. It machines, drills, taps and sands well. Ivorite-III™ will polish to a beautiful high gloss soft white finish. Unlike other ferrule materials, Ivorite-III™ is not porous and will not absorb blue chalk. It produces a solid hit. If you try it once, you'll use it exclusively on all your cues. These can be used as capped or uncapped type ferrules.

For installing tips on these ferrules we highly recommend our Cyanoacrylate for tips.

Note: This product is sold by some clowns as Aegis which is the same as Ivorite™ which is Melamine. The difference, you get to pay more for the name Aegis from the Bozo's.

Just grab the shaft and stroke up and down to seal the wood and make the shaft slick. This will seal out moisture and not allow the grain to raise. The shaft will be slick and smoother to the feel when shooting.
