Installation: Glue from the laser engraved side.  Each tip is laser engraved with the Tiger logo, the year it's made, name of the tip and Made in USA, to ensure genuine authenticity of each tip.

The Ultraskin Layered Cue Tip offers both the custom cue maker and the cue repair person the quality he and his customers expect at affordable prices. All Tips are 14 mm & 8 layers.

Each piece of leather is inspected and shaved to exact size. All the layers are put through a proprietary treatment and each layer is coupled with proprietary resins so each Ultraskin Layered Cue Tip will give the player the same feel and hit each time.

Fiber ferrule pads are used between the ferrule and the tip. Some believe this protects the ferrule while others believe it enhances the 'hit'. Both are actually correct. It depends which camp you're in.

We recommend using these especially with Genuine Elephant Ivory Ferrules.

Each pad is .031" thick and 14mm diameter.

These are a fine white linen based weave. These blanks are drilled 5/16" through. These are impact resistant and quite strong whereby producing a softer medium hit. They bond well with epoxy and wood glue. The dimensions are approximately .545 in diameter and 1" in length.

Mix and Match between Off White and Pearl white.

All are made from Black Delrin. 

This is our 'live' center. You'll note that the point protrudes a little longer than usual. We made them like this to keep the work piece out far enough so that you can make cuts to the end of the wood without worrying about interference from the 'live' center. This item works on any large metal lathe using a chuck.

Karomi tips are 8 Layers of Japanese pig skin which allows you to gain consistent cue ball control. They are only available in 14mm. A great tip at a great price. These are a medium tip.

There are knock-offs of this cutter out there which are imported from overseas. Ours is made in America. That's the difference in price. If you want to save then buy their cutter but if you want American quality and precision, then this is the cutter for you.

This tool is great for table top lathes such as Porper, Hightower and Unique (taper shaper and their CNC) as well as larger floor lathes and Align-Rite CNC machines. The diameter is 1.25" with a 1/4" shank; incredibly small but with the necessary power. Carbide Tipped!

This is made on a CNC machine and the blades are all in-line with one another. This is a 6 flute router bit for extreme accuracy, smooth cuts and less vibration. You'll get ultra smooth cuts on shafts and butts. The cut is so smooth that it appears as if the finished piece has been sanded and buffed! Exceptionally clean cuts. A must for the serious cue builder.

We use this 6 flute blade on our router when cutting shafts and butts with our 14" X 40" tapering lathe as well as other machines. This is a great cutter!
