This is Genuine yellow Westinghouse Paper Micarta pool cue ferrule material from many moons ago. This is a paper based micarta ferrule material. This is not the asbestos Micarta; this is safer. This paper based micarta will generate a good amount of spin similar to the asbestos material. These are a rare ferrule material so get them while you can. Strictly in limited supply.
